Can property owners request a valuation?
Yes. The Sell page has a dedicated owner form and the request is tracked separately from buyer enquiries.
Are prices and availability guaranteed?
No. Property inventory changes frequently. Starting prices, availability, handover and payment-plan details should always be reconfirmed with the developer or an SPS advisor before a decision.
